Atopic dermatitis is frequently encountered in the Dermatology clinic and the treatments are very various but the effects are not good enough. Especially in case of infants, taking herb med or acupuncture treatments are difficult so we would like to treat the atopic dermatitis using external therapy. We chose the oriental medicine textbooks and the oriental medicine journals that external therapy was used and divided into Yugobub(êúÍÇÛö), Buchubbub(ݧôäÛö), Sechukbub(á©ô¯Ûö). The results were as follows: 1. In the frequency of medicine was Coptidis Rhizoma(üÜææ), Phellodendri Cortex(üÜÛÛ), Sophorae Radix(ÍÈ߸), Cnidii Fructus(ÞïßÉí), Allumen(ͽÚó) etc. 2. The effects of medicine were Chungyul(ôèæð), Haedok(ú°Ô¸), Zosub(ðÏã¥), salchung(߯õù), Gupung(Ëäù¦), Jiyang(òåÊ) etc.
